Floren Hotel

Very clean, new hotel. Large enough rooms with some storage space, high ceilings in some rooms. Breakfast till 11, which is great of late owls like us. Comfortable bed, coffee machine in the room. Additionally, they provide phone with internet sharing, free calls etc that you can use during stay which may be very convenient alternative to get a local sim or roaming.

the staff were great, the room is large and really nice, much better in person than the pictures. the location is good but about a 7 minute walk from the main tourist things, but for me i liked it even more bc i didnt mind the walk and less tourists comparatively. they have surprisingly good scrambled eggs and made it without dairy for me.

I had the best experience at Floren Luxury Hotel. I've booked other hotels that claimed to be luxury but Floren Luxury Hotel lived up to this title and then some! The moment I entered the hotel I was greeted warmly by all the staff. My luggage was sent immediately to my room before my check in was even completed. I was walked to the bar area for a non alcoholic welcome drink and was also provided some snacks to go with the beverage. I was escorted to my room aswell and given an overview of the hotel amenities, etc. The location of this hotel is OUTSTANDING!!! Floren Hotel is within walking distance to major attractions and so many restaurants. The train station, if that is your means of travel is a stones throw away. My room was very clean and smart tech equipped. My cell phone was not working when arrived and for majority of my trip but the Floren provides a smart phone equipped with data as if it was my personal phone, I was able to browse the internet, search for restaurants, set a wake up alarm, etc. There was complimentary water, as well as some more welcome cookies and candy and they also provided water for tea. Icing on the cake was the complimentary breakfast with eggs made to order...I will definitely book with them again.

3 night city break. Perfect location to see the rest of Florence on foot. Attentive and professional staff from the outset. High quality accommodation, with excellent breakfast included and as an added bonus, the most sophisticated little Gelateria attached.

Every thing about this hotel was so good , its new and in the center few steps from train station and honestly every thing is great in the hotel compare to all the other hotel with thousands previews from guests !!!it’s a honest recommendation to any one will visit the pretty Florence to book in this hotel
